We’re gonna start cracking down on the rage-bait posting a little bit.
Seems to mostly be jank doing it for the rage bait, pre-jank it was definitely more pro-communist but less rage bait focused. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not how I would do it either.

The armchair propaganda and meme critic in me thinks this also conflates anti-imperial violence with imperial/settler-colonial violence and perhaps could better communicate the reality in some other way. Violence is necessary in struggles against violent oppression and resistance is not equivalent to ethnic cleansing, genocide, economic siege, or liberal coups.
In my opinion, war is always full of crime. You can have crime without war, but you can’t have war without crime. If by “war crime” you mean Geneva convention, nobody follows that, either.
The winner prosecutes the loser, no exceptions.

It has a Russian flag with the implication that liberals see anything Russia does as a war crime even if the same kind of (or worse) atrocities committed by the US are deemed “unfortunate but necessary.” In other words, you don’t even have to accept that Russia isn’t committing war crimes to recognize the truth of the double standard the meme is pointing out. You are a prime example of the kind of dingus this meme is making fun of.

Girl is one of the most gendered terms, and calling someone who’s gender is unclear or otherwise not explicitly feminine a “fangirl” draws on misogynistic perceptions.
Either way, I don’t think it’s unknown that OP is pro-Russian, but I don’t see how that translates to being pro-war.

You’re both right - it is a gendered noun, it is a genderless verb. The line has become blurred between the two distinctions, and ‘fangirl’ is often used as a genderless noun as well. “I am a [thing] fangirl” is a common phrasing online irrespective of gender.
And the term itself relies on misogyny. Just because a word can be used in a certain fashion does not mean it should be.
