After a closer look at it, I think it might be a different version/some kind of derivative of sitelen mun. Some parts don’t make sense, in particular the tiny circle crossing the small circle, for example here
However, it does contain the (more or less) correct syntax for names (multiple different ones). For example here
which I think reads “jan Loulou” or “jan Luoluo”.
So I think its close enough to sitelen mun to be based on it, but its definetly something different.
