Idk why anyone would be stanning for Russia of the modern day, theres no socialism or communism to be found there after the fall of the USSR… (not that the USSR was the most progressive place to begin with but eh)

Idk why that wasn’t target number 1. They would’ve received a lot more global military support if they just blew up all those data centers before anything else.

At least we have elections. Ukrainians don’t. All opposition parties have been banned. All opposition media has been seized by the government. Men have to dress as old ladies in public so they don’t get kidnapped and pressganged ICE style.

      Victory or death.

      And why?

Wait, you actually, unironically, without trolling, while being sober, in all seriousness, think democracies should hold elections while being invaded? Thank god my country has a law that makes that illegal (not Ukraine, don’t know about Ukraine, but in any case that is extremely idiotic thing to do, so good on them for not doing it)

We were paying for Russia’s natural resources before they started the war. How is this situation any better for them or us?

You’ll get one comment out of me just so others see reasonable push back to your bad faith argument, afterwards I will no longer engage.

        1. All democratic countries I know, have provisions in their constitutions suspending democratic processes, centralizing power in the executive and conscripting their unfortunate male population in the event of an invasion of the country.

        2. It is a frankly ludicrous idea to suggest that this war is somehow ongoing because “we” want Russia’s natural resources.

Russia started this. Russia can end it any day by stopping the bombardment and withdrawing their troops from within the borders of Ukraine, at least to the status quo before its 2022 invasion.

I don’t need a data center to see capitalist greed and Weatern imperialism.

The RAND Corporation wrote a whitepaper that basically translates to “how to destroy Russia and take all their shit”.

The unfortunate Arctic thaw is opening up vast troves of natural resources and corporations and billionaires want them. This is why Trump has such a hardon for Canada and Greenland.

Do you ever wonder why all pipelines lead to Europe?

Why would Russia do that? /S

Blackrock owns Ukraine now. Look it up. There’s no elections. Men can’t even leave. They’re literally neofeudal capitalist serfs who are tied to the land like animals.

Fuck off and let people vote.

Alright, this is getting unfunny now

most likely resulting in slower internet services or complete disruption for the average Russian. Unfortunately, the ordinary Russian wouldn’t be able to use high-speed satellite internet as a backup, as Starlink does not work in Russia,

What the fuck is he talking about. Yandex is not an ISP, it doesnt provide any internet access services to anyone. Its first and foremost a search engine, like google (the crawlers are most likely responsible for most of outgoing traffic, tagged as bot or otherwise), with crapload of affiliated services, like google, including their own payment system, like google, which is causing a lot of pain rn to those who chose to keep all of their savings in it, and their own cloud service, like google, which took down quite a lot of other sites with it, along with disruptions to TV’s (yandex OS is running on bearly half of them, like android) as well as, unlike google, taxi and food delivery services that they have near-monopoly on, so those effectively halted in the entire country. But, again, unlike google, they dont offer FTTH, residential or commerical internet access, or anything even remotely like that. What in the fuck’s sake satellite internet and starlink has to do with it, idk, thats just plain absolute worst journalism, just writing words without even a pinch of research.

And no, despite of how funny it would’ve been, there isnt actually any report of reduced troll activity ofher than some weird chart some german politician pulled out of their ass without referencing any source. You can even go to xitter, type “яндекс” into search and find loads of actual Russians mass ratioing those few that chose to defend yandex, as well as their reps themselves trying to calm everyone down. If anything, Russian activity on foreign resources only increased because domestic resources are down.
