Why? This fits under the pineapple on pizza category. It’s exactly the same concept. At least now you get to feel how everyone feels about pineapple on pizza. :V
I mean, I’d try it, I love pineapple pizza but wouldn’t expect to
I wouldn’t try it but whatever floats your boat. Who the fuck am I to tell someone what they should eat and like? Matter of fact, who the fuck are you?
thats alot of kiwi on a pizza.
Does that make it an Australian pizza?
I’ve never tried roasted kiwis, but roasted peaches are absolutely delicious. What about peach pizza?
I’ve had that - peach, prosciutto, and burrata with a balsamic glaze on a white pie. Delicious.
i’ve had peach prosciutto and provolone with the balsamic glaze and it was amazing. i’m now angry peach season is over.
You are all banned from entering Italy. I will personally deport you all and put your asses in a reeducation camp.
This is tribalism, pure unadulterated satanic ritualistic shit. If jesus was here he would be crying now.
Nah I wanna try that I love kiwis
a kiwi strawberry dessert pizza sounds fantastic
You don’t peel kiwis before putting them on pizza COME ON
Fuck yeah - I love to floss and pizza!
Do you mean kiwi skin? Or you talking about something else?
I feel like I’m the only one with no strong opinion either way about pineapple on pizza.
I’m with you. I’d never order a Hawaiian but if you put one in front of me I totally be happy with it.
there’s a place nearby that does a fantastic bacon and pineapple. perfect size bacon crumbles, crushed pineapple instead of chunks or tidbits. fuck now i want one and i’m not supposed to eat that without beer, doctor’s orders.
It is named Hawaiian, because he used a brand of pineapple called Hawaiian, was created in Ontario Canada. Portland Oregon already had papaya and pineapple pizza.
Nah, I don’t judge people based on their food preferences.
What about cannibals?
Dinner with a Cannibal: The Complete History of Mankind’s Oldest Taboo by Carole A. Travis (2008) is a great read ;)
it’s not the eating other people i judge, it’s the methods of acquisition
I’d try it…
🍴Yeah seriously, kiwi is fantastic, pizza is fantastic, kiwi on pizza? Probably fantastic. If it’s like pineapple it’ll caramelize when it cooks.
I’m a huge fan of sweet and savoury in the same dish. Pineapple on pizza is great, but there are a lot of dishes from South-Asia that combine unique flavours. One of my favourites is rice with a yellow curry sauce with raisins and peach slices on the side. There can even be nuts in the rice to mix it up some.
People need to step outside of their food comfort zone and try out different things.

I agree! My rule is, generally, if someone likes it there’s something about it worth liking. I can’t always find that thing (sometimes for genetic reasons, like cilantro and, I suspect, very hoppy beers), but I’m always willing to try.
This isn’t only true of food, by the way. Music is another place this is true. If you can find why people appreciate a type of music, you can usually learn to appreciate it even if you didn’t at first.
Except country bleurgh
Heh, broadly I agree. I think I know what people like about it: very familiar sound, chord progressions, themes. But to me it mostly sounds pretty much the same.
That said, some of what it finds its roots in is worth hearing. Bluegrass, southern rock, etc.
Except Johnny Cash is cool
Will accept. He and Dolly Parton are the exceptions to the rule.
Sweet and Sour Pork
Lemon Chicken Rice
etc.
Barbeque sauce is like half sugar
… I’d try it…
New Zealand style pizza: kiwi, chicken, and mutton as toppings. Guaranteed to make the new Zealander in your life very angry you attributed this to them
I’ve always disliked kiwi, only recently discovered it’s because I’m allergic to it. Mild reactions so far but now I’ll just avoid it altogether because subsequent exposures can cause worse reactions.
