I would take whatever this wall-of-text person is saying with a grain of salt. Erowid, in and of itself, isn’t a scientific source, but if you go to a page for any specific chemical, you’ll find a list of links that include scientific studies in journals, etc. as well as primary sources like experiences.

You can definitely have the filter persist. I have it so dolphin always has the filter bar showing at the bottom. Super useful.

Well if the person was a ftm trans man, who these days are basically impossible to differentiate from cis men, they probably would have been pretty safe. So gender isn’t obsolete per se, it’s just not immutable.

And some people might want it to be obsolete, but society writ large is just not on board with that.
