Actually, this one is DD/M/YYYY, so except for just one number for a month, this is the international notation, not American.

I don’t really know how or why I’ve known pie to 7 places, but for some reason I’ve known it to 7 places since I was like 14. About 30 years. I’ve barely ever needed to know it was 3.14. Never 3.1415926.

Day month year is about as universally a standard as metric. USA is month day year.
