Trump had their head of state assassinated, barely a month after illegally kidnapping Venezuela’s head of state. He’s the one choosing to set these new norms.

The US and the West as a whole has millions of Trumps, they’re just not as privileged as the current prez. They’re equally sociopathic, extremely selfish and immoral though! How will we fix a society that loves evil?

In the age of algorithmic censorship, of unaliving and sewer slide, it’s surprisingly refreshing to see a huge banner that just says “we will fucking kill you.”

"In your opinion, if anyone around the world wants to take their revenge on the assassination of Soleimani and intends to do it proportionately in the way they suggest — that we take one of theirs now that they’ve got one of ours — who should we consider to take out in the context of America?

“Think about it. Are we supposed to take out Spider-Man and SpongeBob? They don’t have any heroes. We have a country in front of us with a large population and a large landmass, but it doesn’t have any heroes. All of their heroes are cartoon characters — they’re all fictional.”

Trump is basically a fictional cartoon character, so this checks out.

You don’t want it. He’ll be a Martyr and then it’ll be worse.

He needs to be voted out, or forcibly removed, then taken out back by Americans. Otherwise you’ll get more.

I get the feeling, but the usa people elected him twice, and Bush twice, so assume the usa people will vote for another psychopath again. Dealing with him is a short term fix but there will be another. Think about what has to be done to inoculate yourself from people in the usa over the long term.

This is a category error. You’re confusing the US for a democracy when it’s a dictatorship of the Epstein class, of the capitalist class. The elections are largely kayfabe.

The people didn’t elect them twice, we can blame the electoral college for the first term of each. Give us some credit, we’re only half as brain dead as it seems.

Same goes for killing Khamenei, there’s always someone next in line. It doesn’t mean killing world leaders has no effect…

Don’t you realize how big it would be if Iran manages to kill Trump? It would mean the US President is not untouchable. No foreign actor has yet killed a US president.

True, violence only leads to more violence. I don’t believe it’s ever the solution.

However, Trump is making me question this.

I was born naïve, but I was never that naïve. That’s the kind of pablum the oppressor tells the oppressed lest they rebel.

What is naive about it? The only way to lasting peace is through talks. No amount of violence establishes lasting peace.

Pacifism being naive is the kind of thought the weapons industry wants you to believe. They want us to see eachother as enemies. All I mean by this, is that there is no clear thing that our “oppressor” wants us to think.

If it is personal, they can have him in 2 years. Even a former President would be a historical event.

He likes to revoke the SS protection from his political rivals, a dangerous precedent for him…
