The International Court of Justice found no evidence of those allegations in their case Allegations of Genocide under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Ukraine v. Russian Federation).
None of these seem to support your original claim of ethnic cleansing. The war crimes seem to be well documented on both sides and the ones responsible must face justice but that does not lead to the conclusion that there is or was ethnic cleansing being conducted.
