I got a wad of tickets like this once because the basketball got stuck in the hoop and was constantly triggering the ticket thing until time ran out.
Let me guess, even with all those tickets he still only gets a 10 cm plushy, a pencil sharpener and 3 dice.
When I was a kid a guy leaving the arcade with a tiny death star keychain figure (apparently their top prize) handed me a huge bag packed full with tickets. It was almost as many as the picture. My friend and I were so excited, surely this many tickets would get us anything.
I think we ended up with two airheads and a little plastic rubber band gun.
