The Type 01 is the first model to arrive from Jaguar’s rebirth. The British carmaker was an early entrant to the modern EV market with the 2017 I-Pace, which was fun to drive even if it was too small inside and perhaps completely unreliable. An all-electric sedan was supposed to be next, but a year from the showroom, it was abruptly canceled, leaving the automaker with nothing to sell as old models like the F-Pace ceased production.
“The jag, it looks like a car you’d steal in Cyberpunk 2077,” said one Ars staffer approvingly. Credit: Jaguar

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. You are just moving the goal posts with every post, thinking you have a valid point each time.
You: EVs have bad power to weight ratios.
Reply: EVs have a better power to weight ratio than ICE.
You: Oh, I meant weight only. They can only do drag racing and can’t do turns.
Reply: EVs perform better than ICE at similar price points on road tracks with turns.
You: Oh, I meant only the high end EVs. They aren’t any better than the cheaper EVs.
Reply: High end Porsche EV is faster than most ICE super cars and much faster than cheaper EVs.
You: Oh, but Porsche EVs have bad resale value.
Just accept that you are wrong.
My issue is that nobody cares about EV supercars because mid-priced EV have supercars acceleration.
EV supercars have to bring something other than a nicer interior. They have to really push for cutting edge tech.
There are no expensive EVs that anyone sees as legendary cars like a Bugatti Veyron. People just see them as expensive EV cars.
