Laura Fryer gives a fairly scathing review of HR’s encroachment and obvious power grab to be less “day to day” and more to (verbatim) be “at the same level or above the CEO”.

Video goes into how HR makes toxic work environments that demonize ever speaking out or questioning anything, and the toxic positivity that holds games back.

From HR -> “People and Culture” -> “Chief Disruptors”

    What “other way”?
Capitalists still own the IP to the games.
Capitalists still larceny from the workers they hire.
Capitalists still culture their companies with vanguards (HR) or not.
The overton window is firmly still leaning far right: authoritarian, 1 person owning all the means.

I am not dear Velma, but I am politically literate enough to know the window has shifted fascist.
