And yeah, thosbtech COULD be great but humans generally are the reason why we can’t have nice things. This technology could (and I’m sure, one day will) change the lives of blind people, but even then I want to be sure that anything recorded never leaves the glasses. It would have to be hardware that is on the one hand very visible while recording you and on the other hand should not have ways to take the data off. It definitely could not be made by a company like meta that is run by a bunch of lying cheating fucks that will do anything for a dollar
