I just spent a bunch of time talking about PC emulators, why would I just keep repeating myself?
I just checked, that game came out in 2001 so I assume it runs on Windows 98. You can install that on DOSBox.
The PS1 hardware isn’t being made any more, it’s not going to last forever either. PS1 emulators will be needed for that as well.
