I don’t know when U+13430 EGYPTIAN HIEROGLYPH VERTICAL JOINER is used. When I paste the MdC code here, I see some above each other but not when I paste that back here or in UnicodePad, so it looks like the rendering works different in different contexts. The converter may be wrong: only :, not - should cause characters to stack, and it should prevent that with a ZWNJ or force that (if supported) with U+13430.
Also, 𓏭 is just a variant way of writing 𓇌, much like 𝚊/𝑎, ϕ/φ, Л/Λ, 論/论, 𓁔/𓁕 etc.

I think your initial hypothesis is correct, that the author simply pasted an English word phrase into an English/ASCII to Hieroglyphic converter, with the second word being Angry, and shit out some hieroglyphics.
