My troll was the mocha red eye. Four shots of espresso, coffee, milk, chocolate syrup. Could name a dance after me the way I made people shake.

I’ve done this at Starbucks before. If they give me what I ask for I can’t complain about it.

I also used to ask for a good drink and a bad drink and not let them tell me what they are going to make. Became a bit of a known person there and after a bit the entire staff really got into making terrible drinks. Good times when I had more money lol

Probably helped that I didn’t ask for that when they were busy though. Usually near close and that location was pretty slow after the afternoon rush

Reminds me of this one time at Olive Garden, when I was asked what I wanted to drink, I said, with all sincerity, surprise me.

They brought me this layered drink with cream and orange soda and it was fucking magnificent. I was, indeed, surprised, and very pleasantly so.

If you ever want again, it’s called an orange cream. Although, not a lot of places know how to make one correctly.

This kind of comes up in FFXIV (one of the crafter quests). Paraphrasing from memory:

A Turali trader, hot on discovery of the next big new import, has been sampling various coffees, liquors, and remedies but finding nothing is ailing his poor energy.

Your companion, a juice maker, offers him something, and he finds it fantastic, inquiring further.

“It was literally just water, you dehydrated yourself trying all those odd diuretics.”
