On top of all that Sony is known to actually mass delete content from customer accounts, never to be installed again. No refunds. Something Steam hasn‘t done as far as I know. It just looks like a really bad deal.

Yeah, they’ve got competition just like Steam does. If you don’t buy from Sony’s store, you can buy from…er…okay, I see the problem.
