The real art is to legally (or legally enough) collect the required data, process them automatically to calculate each customer’s tolerance, and maximize profit (through dynamic pricing, incentives and targeted ads) while internalizing the risk of backlash against these unethical practices if they’re too obvious. I know the steps and so does OP, but that doesn’t mean I/them could or would do any of them.
