I’m so glad I never pursued Oracle DB as a career, I was considering it at one point in the early 2000s, even went to school. I would have been making a good $100k+ a year instead of struggling along, but at least I still have a soul :P
I mostly used postgres in my work but we had one master server that had to be oracle for reasons so I took a class. The class mostly taught me that I wanted nothing to do with oracle.

The reverse should be hilarious. Anyone reading this applying for jobs there should not take a fucking offer below premium, because that’s what they are trying to do.
