      Yeah, the story goes adam and eve lived in the garden without sin, without clothing, and without the mental capacity to think of nudity as sin.

      The only sin there was, is not to eat the apple. Satan then convinced eve to eat the apple, and god was an asshole for denying her. So thats what eve did, and comitted the first sin. After that adam and eve saw each other nude as a sin, and for the first time felt the need to cover up.

      Thus, thats whats being referenced here.

        As I recall the story, the tempter was only ever identified as the Serpent. They were even cursed to always go on their belly afterwards, which I don’t recall Satan doing.

        Depending on your mythology, Satan might have instigated that; but I don’t think it was ever established in the story
