          Apnea is a more in the territory of medical aid. But if you have non-apnoeic snoring, your airway is restricted and you can probably control it by changing up the way you sleep.

          Sleeping sooner than at the last possible moment of exhaustion. If you sleep on your back you’re probably having a sleep cycle that involves snoring that briefly disturbs your REM stage of sleep.

          Not that any of this advice involves skills, I was just saying stupid shit. But sleep hygiene is a practice that helps.

          Also having a partner to spoon with is like a cheatcode for better sleep posture
