Sad for the people out of jobs, but ubisoft has been hot trash for a while now.
This studio in particular has a hell of a history of making some all-time greats, so it sucks to see it squandered.

They got rooted by that mongodb exploit a couple months ago and I’m holding on to hope they exported source code for games.
It was also behind the 2023 Meta Quest 2 game Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR.
