Farm Simulator has a bunch of tree farming content in the base game
Valheim is basically that, with the added fun of occasionally being squished by a troll

RUST has a pretty fun “minigame” where you have to connect certain points with each axe chop/chainsaw cut to quickly fall the tree, always wondered why that hasn’t been poached for other games.
