      My wife and I both have our ownn logins on both computers, even though we tend to only use our own.

      99% of machines use multiple users on their OS. Different users for different programs is a widespread Unix-like OS approach to security.

        I think they meant separate accounts for different humans.

        My Linux machines may have multiple users, but each only has one that you can log into from the lock screen.
