I don’t have that problem because I’m old, I have that problem because I have work too early in the morning
Mine too, because I sometimes forget to eat so I just grab a snack right before bed.
Just as I read your comment I finished an 11 o clock tuna sandwich
This is a weird problem. The oldest people I know eat dinner at like 5:00pm, and go to bed at like 11. I usually eat within an hour of bed, but that’s like 11 or midnight.
Dinner at 22:00, bed at 23:00. Am I old?
I’ve recently learned that having under two hours between eating and laying down strongly increases your risk of heartburn.
What if you are just delaying dinner? I often have dinner after 22:00
I’ll just shift my dinnertime to 5:30 so I can go to bed at 8:00 with no heartburn. I’m not even 30 yet
I am a night owl that stays up past midnight almost every night and I eat dinner at 5:30 on a regular basis.
Isn’t “bedtime snack” a fairly normal thing most people do?
Really bad idea for sleep. The American thing about waking up in the middle of the night to eat is uniquely American.
Wasn’t it found a common thing among cavemen or smth?
Not every day. Hell, not even every week. Eating before sleeping messes up my sleep
