The skeleton is just a symbol of death.
It’s death people find scary… not anatomy
The way your bones work is when a cell dies there will be the garbage crew who comes and cleanes the previous cell’s remains, they clean it all up and leave a nice place for a new cell who takes up the place, gets cozy, and secretes a new bone, burying itself, only connected to other bone-cells through long cytoplasmic connections. And it stays there, buried, until it ages and loses the connections, it dies because it cant feed anymore. Then they clean it up again, so a new cell can bury itself.
Oh you think the meat is scary?

Is he gonna be ok?
Skeletons must be terrified of us, knowing there is another skeleton inside us… trapped, smothered, enslaved by the meat.
From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the Blessed Machine. Your kind cling to your flesh, as though it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass you call a temple will wither, and you will beg my kind to save you. But I am already saved, for the Machine is immortal… Even in death I serve the Omnissiah.
Meat attack!
I think I have a parasitic relationship with my skeleton, like my meat and my bones really don’t like each other but they’ve agreed to a begrudging cooperation.
Not only is there a skeleton possesing your body.
It is also deeply, extremely, fully, w e t
You aren’t your body. You’re a brain. You are possessing a skeleton.
Just beat it.

I’m just a magical skeleton piloting my meat mech
It’s more like you’re a computer made of fat, piloting a bone mech powered by meat motors wearing a meat suit
How dare you attempt to make my magic bones mundane !!!
Arby’s slogan during spooktober:
They’re made of meat?
I don’t understand…
Someone else acted it out for a video short
Someone else posted it as a fediverse comment
