Is there much gluten in ice cream? Honest question, I’m lactose intolerant so I don’t partake that often.
It’s not necessarily that there’s gluten in ice cream, but the “gluten free” label means that it was prepared and handled specially so that you know it wasn’t contaminated with gluten. Some people are sensitive enough to gluten that they can get sick if they cook with the same cookware that previously had gluten in it.
Plus you can charge more for the gluten free label /s
Yeah. Cookies, brownies etc mixed in. Some sauces could contain flour as a thickening agent as well I reckon.

There use to be a site that couples could privately input their kinks to and it would only share the common ones. Ideally, neither person should judge their parent’s kinks, but that’s not always going to happen.
