Yep, Firefox was not consistent with their updates for a while and had an issue not being easily managed. So a lot of IT teams blocked FF. Anyone in a zero trust environment needs apps with consistency. I think Mozilla fixed this but it’s too late for many companies.
I’m not an expert but it was explained to me. Edge and chrome are the defaults.
The only exception to that is people who are forced to use it for work (or worse, forced to use ChromeOS for work 🫠), but otherwise fully agree.
