I feel the advancement tab is decent for finding stuff without leaving the game. It’s still looking up hints, just ingame. I’d love for them to add readable books in ancient ruins to give you hints instead. Idk how they’ll give hints for this tho
I dunno, my 35 year old sister in law just started playing she still hasn’t discovered that the nether exists, and hasn’t done any enchanting after 3 weeks. Some lore or even a handbook would probably help a lot.
I don’t want to spoil this rare quest you elected to take on. But you should’ve seen those obsidian structures surrounded by lava and magma. I would inspect those.
The game gives you no hints. It expects you to know, just like games don’t really instruct on how to use the joystick.

I played it for even longer and still don’t know how to enter the nether. I want to find it out by myself but there don’t seem to be a lot of clues

I will check it out! Good thing I have heaps of diamond items because I was basically just mining, building houses and trying to map the world haha
You might need three diamonds to do something and make these structures operational :)
And after you learn it, you can make yours.
