That’s not unique to Russians (but still not untrue about them). People on vacation abroad for some reason turn into the worst versions of themselves. Well, certain types of people anyway. You just don’t notice the rest.
We have a stereotype that Finns are all noisy drunk assholes. Turns out that doesn’t apply in Finland. Brits on stag-dos getting drunk and looking for women to fuck is a common sight in Tallinn, or at least used to be before Brexit.
