Just curious:

Last I checked that instance was for the admins personal use and every other account was “an alter” and the admin would ban people who signed up for impersonating them…

I’ve seen more accounts than usual, are real people allowed to sign up for that instance now?

Or are they all still the admin pretending to be different people?
