It isn’t centristic at all. It’s boomer slop because this meme style is the exact same stuff you’d find on a boomer facebook group or something. Especially with the angry woke SJW stereotype picture.
She’s not wrong, no reason to downvote her. The meme is actually based on a centrist facebook meme that I put a leftist twist on. It was used a lot as ragebait on reddit (not by me) and I thought it would be funny to repurpose it like this.

“The imperial core shouldn’t be getting any treats paid by war crimes” is a pretty leftist take though, not a centrist one. I would imagine a centrist being more like “We should distribute money between those two while continuing to do war crimes.”.
I agree with your first paragraph as well, I’m just talking about the meme’s style. Slop doesn’t really need to be AI, just has to be really low quality.
