This ignores a lot about how automakers were skirting these restrictions in order to sell us larger vehicles and why there are so few sedans and compact cars being sold here these days.
The rollback isn’t the answer because obviously we should be limiting the size of vehicles, but fuel efficiency is looking smaller cars off and people here are not buying smaller EV’s because of range anxiety.
And Americans are just sitting on their hands and allowing it. What a shame to all of humanity that America has become so weak and pathetic.
