Next watch Discord and Reddit bend over backwards to give Denuvo all chats and information about dozens of accounts that may or may not be connected to the cracker. Because that‘s something platforms seem to do these days without any backlash since „they didn‘t fuck MY privacy this time!“ Ugh.

And yes I am aware these platforms aren‘t encrypted and you should assume someone already reads everything you write and listens to every call. I still find it upsetting how openly they throw user data around without any backlash. Consumers have no spine to stand up for themselves with.

      • The problem with finding good SM is that the platform itself matters very little vs where everyone you wanna chat with is hanging out at. Discord sucks; but it’s where all the official shit for a lot of games are.

That is such a stupid expectation ngl and the fact that I hear it is stupid too,

If I write a letter to my friend and send it via snail mail, my expectation is not for it be taken open read by some random guy and go through it, innit?

I mean, not legally, but you should still assume that.

Anything truly secret should be communicated in ways that can’t be naively caught.

Like trusting something much faster and harder to catch than a snail.

Unless, y’know, it’s that snail and you’re trying to hide your message from that immortal guy
