So many people get all ready to take on the system, man, without understanding the infinite hard work of building community. Fidel started with 12 people. But he had the support of the communities around him. And a murderous regime to oppose.
Still, the organization is not in itself (currently) a revolutionary action. Necessary and a step forward, but we still have to recognize that no action at this point is anything beyond preparation.
