I’ve already decided not to get GTA6, a game that has shown no gameplay at all yet. And if I do, it’ll be on PC, no reason to get a digital only title on a locked down system.

Unfortunately lots of people seem happy to trade convenience and privacy for content. I have a friend who has Amazon and I’m always annoyed that he has adverts on there despite the fact he actually pays for it! I pirate everything these days and he doesn’t particularly have any objections but streaming services are just too easy I think. He is very tech literate too, just can’t be bothered to do something else.

Big games seem to just get worse and worse these days. Graphics are almost the only thing that seem to be getting better, the rest is just full of shit like microtransactions, games full of bugs on release, content specifically partitioned off just to sell to people later…I much prefer indie and (not sure what the right term is) games that are maybe not super popular but still have enough backing and talent to be good.
