Pepsi provides distribution in some markets, but that’s it. Starbucks is also wrong. Pepsi distributes bottled fraps through a joint venture, but they are separate companies. Ready to drink Lipton drinks come from Pepsi, but the brand it not owned by Pepsi (teabags and other). Tazo was sold to Unilever in 2017 but then also sold again in 2022 to the same parent company of Lipton. Ocean spray is a farmer coop, Pepsi just does distribution.
