    I just spent two years and four months unemployed.

    It would take a lot to make me give up a paying job right now.

      I was looking for work after being laid off a few years ago and Flock was recruiting like crazy at the time. I would have stayed unemployed for a long time before even applying there.

          I’ve been homeless due to much much fucking less and standing I for individuals. Yall should be ashamed for working for these places. Really. You should. You’re the problem.

            But sometimes extreme suffering or death is the only other option.

            Don’t forget the U.S. system has been rigged to put regular people in a hard corner.

              You won’t die in America from being jobless. You won’t even suffer all that much if you’re a capable person.

      Oof, I feel that. Similar for me, though I don’t really think of my situation as employment, more “mehployment” as it doesn’t entirely cover cost of living.
