It’s literally every store around where I live. The local Krogers built a little mini store inside the store where all the personal care items are kept. They’re not behind glass, but there is a single exit that’s always staffed with a cashier and you have to pay right there before you leave. The local Safeway did the same for liquor.
I’ve only ever seen this at Walmart, and to a lesser extent, Target. I don’t shop at either
