Why not fine them a sandwich
They needed their protection money. All governments do it.
Meanwhile every government to every other government about that practice:
Cost of doing business
Good that they’re fined but I expect it was worth it when you only get a fine that small compared to the branch’s size
They’ll spend more just in legal fees fighting it
