Even the church itself investigated thousands of reported cases of pedophilia, and there have been hundreds of priests arrested in conjunction with it, including quite a few bishops who have been found to have been complicit in both the rapes and the coverups. How on earth does that not meet the criteria to be a pedophile ring?

You got any proof of that happening? I know of a couple investigations where the church cooperated but I have seen not one example of them ever being the instigating factor behind a criminal proceeding. Let alone any sort of repeated program of this.
Also, you know, all the evidence of them knowing about it but covering it up until after they got caught means even if it’s true, it’s not exactly an example of them not being utterly complicit in all ways with the whole rampant pedophilia thing…

None of those links seem to be evidence they’ve ever been the instigating factor behind a criminal investigation.
The claim you made is that the church lead the police to arrest pedophiles - which, honestly, that would be nice if it were true. But as far as I’m aware, it’s just wishful thinking that the church has ever done that.
