[SOLVED] I can’t believe it, IT WAS IN A BAD POSITION… This console has one of the worst wireless receiver in history.

This network related error code randomly appeared today and looks like it can find nearby connection but it doesn’t wants to connect. It’s fixable?

I’ve tried factory reset, I can login with the Xbox app and complete the initial setup, then the network stop working after the wizard is completed. I haven’t tried ethernet since the router is far from my room but every other device works perfectly with wifi (and also this Xbox until yesterday).

[Edit] I tried again: I have network working for the full setup process but it doesn’t work when approaching the home screen. That’s crazy O.O

Do you have game pass by chance ? I’ve had odd issues with older Xbox systems and the use of game pass without auto renew on. It caused several different error codes.

Once the subscription ran out it worked fine. Most likely not your issue but I figured it’s worth mentioning

No game pass. Actually it’s the first Xbox console I’ve ever owned, it was recently given to me, I think it’s been used quite a bit but it’s in excellent condition and works well apart from this recent connection problem.

I’ve already watched this video and it didn’t work. The proposed solution was just to change the wifi password…

Does the internet work when you plug ethernet directly into the console?

Ugh I cant read. I just saw it in your post. If you could try that eventually… that would be great.

I would maybe need something like a powerline? Never tried one. I will probably bring the console in the router’s room and try in the next days if ethernet works.
