Nah, someone just darkened/changed the contrast of the top image. Notice how the white snow has no details in the bottom image but it does in the top. And the bottom image the splotch on the wall is the same shape but larger. It’s just the contrast slider.
Yeah you’re probably right. I was just looking right above the highest point of the cat’s back where there’s a missing dot. In one image there’s four that form a square, in the other the bottom right dot is missing
Zooming in now tho it looks like the image with the darker cat is heavily compressed, so that particular dot probably just got lost in the process
Different details on the back wall too. Very strange. Possibly at some point someone ran it through an AI filter to get it to look like their cat?

It’s not the same image. If you look at the cat’s left eye there’s snow in the corner for the black cat but not the tabby.
There is also some pitting on the wall that’s different between the two images. If I had to guess, the tabby is the original.
The right ear has a different shape too.

The dark cat has a snowflake on its left eye that isn’t in the tabby picture.
Kinda hate that nothing is real anymore
