Pirelli didn’t have the right compound for raining bombs.
F1 fuel isn’t made from oil.
What’s it made from?
Champagne. After the race they empty the leftovers on the podium.
Last time I watched F1 racing, it was poured directly in the mouth of the race winner Kimi Räikkönen
Co2, municipal waste and non-food biomass.
I did not expect that. TIL: https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/2026-regulations-explained-all-you-need-to-know-about-f1s-advanced.4h53Szn4Z3VsD6rGcR3LtU
I welcome their research into this, but I don’t share their optimism about it making it’s way to consumers vehicles. There’s no way we can produce enough biofuel to cover the consumption, and carbon capture for fuel doesn’t make sense when we can already use the electric energy more efficiently directly.
We could easily do it if we stopped shoving corn syrup into literally everything.
Pretty sure F1 cars are faster than shahed drones
But the spectators aren’t.
They drive in circles, so sadly it’s no use…
