It’s pretty amazing that we even have the option! I have plenty of friends who have had reductions with great results, so if she wants to get it and can get it covered by insurance or Healthcare, thats awesome!
If she would rather not get a reduction, I highly recommend back-strengthening exercises! Rows, face-pulls, lat-pull downs or pull ups are all great, there are tons of options! The beautiful thing about muscles is we can make them stronger!
