Someone already posted a very good video showing how it has serious visual flaws in handheld mode. I saw a video showing how it has the same LOD as the original making objects noticeably appear and disappear near the player character. This update is not worth the money.
Remember how much Nintendo fought and gaslit everyone about JoyCon Drift to avoid paying/fixing/refunding customers?
They aren’t fighting this time.
