Odd that lang parameter is the last argument. makes more sense to have it being the first one

  While we’re reporting issues, here’s two more:
  
  It doesn’t put the closing quotation mark on the output.
  
  It doesn’t use correct quotation marks for each language (in French, quotation marks «look like this», for example).
