With virtually no content and limited benefits, 8K TVs were doomed.

    I’ve never felt the need to go 4k either. I’m totally content to buy 1080p 144hz+ monitors for $100.

      I feel like on monitors because you’re fairly close getting at least 2k is good. Depending on size even 4k makes sense.

      Small text on large 1080p monitors looks… Not great.

      For gaming though absolutely
