    Of course in that scenario it may be private information, but given you are trying to file it, inherently you at least are in the realm of sharing it.

    I would imagine things like asking for legal advice on a crime committed, which could hilariously backfire when that chat transcript shows up in court.

      Yeah, this is where I would say someone definitely shouldn’t share that information because it doesn’t have to be scanned through, it doesn’t have to be broken into, stolen or anything. It just has to be the court provides a subpoena for the data and they get it. And it becomes evidence. And possibly a confession in writing 😅

      FBI guy that stole all that money figured that out. After he was caught they got his chat logs and it detailed criminal conspiracy to move to Portugal with all the money he stole. The crazy part to me is he was supposedly counterintelligence which… 💩

        Noooo lol. I mean it’s good we have wildly incompetent criminals. Shame they had government jobs tho. That seems to be the real conflict.
