I usually smoke a spliff before my shift and one after but I’m pretty competent and my job is really easy so nobody minds (I’m more or less open about my habit, even with my superiors at work). They can tell when I haven’t because I’m restless and animated (I have ADHD), but I also just tell them, lol.
I mean, I don’t smoke right before my shift, I usually do it before I shower for it… but I usually just tell them 🤷, also it’s very noticeable because I more often than not bring snacks to share, lol.
You’ll be surprised how much both tobacco and cannabis smoke lingers on clothes and breath. As a non smoker I’d be able to tell you smoked earlier in the day. The difference is night and day between smelling the air around a smoker and a non smoker. Sorry to let you know.
