I usually eat lunch at my desk and think about just leaving. The only problem is that there would be no impact because I only kind of have a set schedule so no one would question it or really care.

I did it a couple of times. Just went home and never went back, never called, blocked the number. I highly recommend it if you have the means.
I did it one time on a Friday, tried to go back on Monday like nothing happened, didn’t work lol
